SYKES takes our environmental responsibilities very seriously and achieved full accreditation to the BS EN ISO14001:2004 environmental standard in July 2007.

• Continual assessment of business operations for compliance with policy, performance and achievement of targets.
• Setting targets to reduce the use of utilities through awareness programmes.
