Borders Company Attains 3rd ISO Standard

Galashiels based handling & fulfilment company, SYKES Global Services Ltd has newly been accredited with the much coveted ISO27001 Information Security Management System standard.

Sykes is a dynamic, forward-thinking company offering a range of UK / European handling and fulfilment solutions including; contact management, payment processing, product fulfilment, pack assembly and returns handling.

Together with two previous prestigious awards - the ISO Environment Management Standard and the ISO Quality Management System – Sykes’ Gala fulfilment can now be counted as one of very few UK companies to have achieved such recognition.

When products and services meet our expectations, we tend to take this for granted and be unaware of the role and importance of standards.
ISO Standards ensure desirable characteristics of products and services to our clients such as quality, data security, eco-friendly, reliability, efficiency - and at an economical cost.
