Stock control is essential to our clients and SYKES has a dedicated Inventory Management Team responsible for the maintenance of all client stocks.

SYKES ERP system is a powerful inventory management tool and will: -
  • Provide an audit trail from goods received to despatch
  • Continuously provide information on the status and history of goods
  • Continually monitor stock levels
  • Drive the stock replenishment process, analysing client forecasts and available stocks to ensure future stock availability
  • Increase stock turns, minimise obsolescence
  • Provide for Batch/Lot Control and uphold FIFO stock management
  • ABC classify and conduct regular cycle counting to ensure accuracy of system to physical inventory
  • Full suite of inventory reports

    Storage

    All inventories are bin located and stored within our extensive warehouse, with on-site security guards (24 x 7 x 365) and CCTV throughout.
