Whether it's direct sales, e-commerce, product recall or paid-for support, SYKES Client Finance department will process and record the collection of funds on your behalf encompassing: -
- Payment Collection – collect and report on funds on your behalf from e-commerce and telesales operations. Collect customer payments in virtually any currency using all of the commonly used payment methods, as appropriate to each country.
- Pay Out Facility – a reimbursement solution whereby we can refund EU customers on your behalf.
- VAT Management – we can collect VAT on your EU Sales and report and make payment on your behalf to the local VAT authorities.
- Risk Management – we will monitor sales data in order to reduce fraud levels generated from both e-commerce and telesales.
