They required a secure facility, a dedicated ESD environment and a workforce skilled in following detailed operating procedures, allowing for a high degree of accuracy and fast turnaround times.

Advanced planning of the implementation phase meant that over the course of a single weekend we migrated all of the existing equipment, and stock from the vendors’ facility to our own with no impact to production.
