Overview: A leading UK High Street Bank has a requirement to fulfil personalised information packs for next day delivery to their customers.
The information packs cover a wide range of the Banks products and services and are categorised into various campaigns including Pensions, Wills, Mortgages, Insurance and Investments. The packs contain anywhere between 5 and 25 personalised items that are collated and sent out for next day delivery. |

Solution: Customer data is transfered securely from the Banks Contact Centres for upload to our systems at regular intervals throughout the day.
A stock replenishment process has been agreed and it is our responsibility for ensuring we have sufficient materials on hand to satisfy demand. Replenishment stocks are ordered directly from the Banks suppliers.
Throughout the day we process the orders received, collating the relevent information into the appropriate packs ready for despatch the same day.
